Eligibility for Returns
For safety and quality reasons, nutraceutical products are generally non-returnable once opened, used, or tampered with.
Return or replacement requests may be accepted for products received in a damaged condition, with manufacturing defects, or if the wrong item is delivered.
- Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing photos or videos may be requested for verification.
- The original package, label, and invoice details must be available.
